Actually , Sterling , the original application for the patent is a material event and the absence of info on that patent app is relevant .

The date of September 11th , 2010 is the anniversary date of the patent app , and since Septemmber 11, 2010 has elapsed without PROOF of the patent being accepted or was sent back to EXPO for revisions , the absence of that data is relevant and should be
hi-lighted due to ETC / Etcetera being critical to EXPO business operations .
