Once it is confirmed either way, I still believe it is "non material". Yes, the information should be out there, but it does not require a "sticky". Right now the post is not objective and poses highly speculative questions.

If this logic applies (ie absence of data becomes material), then there are a lot of things that can be "stickied" - on both fronts!

Then post and sticky the application for the patent. Let readers of the board create their OWN QUESTIONS and CONCLUSIONS please.

Actually , Sterling , the original application for the patent is a material event and the absence of info on that patent app is relevant .
