I don't like the timing of those 5 am PRs. Not sure why but I think 2 or 3 pm would be more effective timing, in terms of the trading day.

If I remember correctly, they have occasionally announced things around 2 - 3 pm.

Realize I am being nit-picky. Big enough announcement and it won't matter what time of day.
