it's not really an idea any more---profitable commercial realty is a long way off(in my opinion)---let failures happen if need be--get back up on the horse...what ever---it just isn't that simple--i wish they would slow down a little myself

--if you want to be concerned about anything...focus on bad debt--i'm sure this is being positively addressed as i speak and will see it in the year end report
