Nomadus. I guess you're in the same shoes as I am.

One thing I point out would be you should file your complaints with NY court not NV since the defendant (NYMET) resides in NY and the court is assigned to the location of defendant.

Also, in aspect to the fraudulant activities, you should be able to accuse them criminal charges as long as you can prove they haven't done any works against your shipment.

One problem I am having is that even though I can take them to the court and press charges for their fraudulent activites, they don't have any hard assets at all. So it might be turned out to cost me another $5000 in attorney's fee and getting nothing back in my hand.

Well, what a headache!!!

I am giving them little more time. Then if they still cannot get my deposit returned, then I'll proceed to the next level up.
