Yes I understand about the new york portion but for various reasons. The first venue will be Nevada. The state of incorporation. The law firm also can file new York.

The only assets of worth are with vican trading.

They did ship some goods, but did a bill of lading change for less goods. This would be the only intentional portion that can be construed as fraud.

Yes. I know about the contractors. Truckers. Etc on the Stockton job that were left unpaid.

I do sense desperation on their part with the pr releases.

The lawyers fees , yes, can be expensive but still have to do out of principle.

I'm using the lawyers fees as the springboard for some pr of my own.
