First, please accept my apology for the delay in responding to what transpired yesterday. I was in the hospital all day...wasn't expecting to be there all day.
Attorney Hodges, as a precaution, has prepared an “Amended Complaint”, which will be timely filed in the event Shareholders have not been paid. This is a prudent precaution, a strategic move to further protect and ensure the release of the funds to the Shareholders. If the funds are released with no problems, then the “Amended Complaint” will not be filed. If the funds are not released, then the “Amended Complaint” will be filed. This is a precaution, an additional protection just in case there is a problem.
I read a few posts today which I would like to respond in the hopes my response will clear up some misconceptions and misinformation circulating around the message boards by those attempting to taint the good work accomplished by Attorney Hodges.
I have been honest with all my messages of what I know. I cannot predict what will happen if different scenarios occur with the release of the funds. I can tell you what I know to be correct at the present time, but I cannot tell you what the adversaries will do or have up their sleeves in order to delay or stop the release of the funds. I know enough to realize where my limitations are when it comes to something as important as the release of the funds to the Shareholders. My knowledge and experience in legal matters, especially in this situation, pales and is no match to an Attorney with over 40 years of professional knowledge and experience in law and legal matters. Attorney Hodges may not know what the adversaries have up their sleeves to stop or delay the release of the funds, however, Attorney Hodges knows what is required to counteract the adversaries’ attempts to thwart a just outcome for the Shareholders. Attorney Hodges and his expertise is a major ingredient for the successful outcome in releasing the funds.
I will be the first to raise my hand when it comes to being frustrated that the Shareholders do not have the funds in their possession. I would never raise my hand to frustrate the release of the funds or frustrate those who are actually working on the release of the funds.
Gusjarvis, I read your threats and insinuations. This is my response, not Attorney Hodges and not the plaintiffs. I have received threats from you by email to tell you information I know as a plaintiff or else if we don’t get paid by a certain day you will expose everything. Expose what??? Now you are threatening legal actions against Attorney Hodges and the Plaintiffs if the funds are not released by your schedule or terms. Why is it each time there are strong indicators that the release of the funds are about to happen, you step up your threats, innuendos, and false accusations in an attempt to have all strategic information made public before the funds are released.
Making all strategic information available for all to see, including the adversaries is not “respect for the CMKX Shareholders”. Categorizing Shareholders who only follow you as the “Real Shareholders” is not respect for the CMKX Shareholders. I posted a message thanking you for the work you did a month ago with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and you took my message posted as part of your message against Attorney Hodges. …that is not respect for the CMKX Shareholders.
Your threats against those working on the release of the funds are not going to release the funds. Attorney Hodges legal actions and determination will prevail in the release the funds to the CMKX Shareholders.

what a joke, please put the threats on the net bob. What would I expose, as we have been kept in the dark. What threats have I made to you or Al, what a sad sad farce this has turned into.
I put out the truth, the truth is we have been strung along and lied to, the truth is the whole team knows what happened and plays their roles inluding the og. I am not sure at all what the issue is with shareholders trying to force answers out of the authorities who are lying to us. I am not sure what you are even talking about.
I am not the only one upset with the communications and how things have gone down, my phone rings off the hook with those complaining about the way we have been strung along, with the way three different stories come out of the plaintiffs, all started from Al. We are all sick of this ordeal and want out of the mission.
I have never ever said that Al is a bad man going against us, but he is part of the mission and we have been lied to for years. I have asked people to simple ask for an investigation into this, that is it.
So please show the world the threats I have made please show the shareholders what I have done to make you so angry. If asking for a straight answer means I am threatening you, well that is sad.
We have now heard for months on end it is over for sure, over monday, well a day or two, for sure by friday, then back to monday. We have all heard that bonney has the money over and over again to hear that something got in the way, then to realize he never had the money.
Week after week complete crap right from the source, then we hear well don't listen to anything unless it is right from Al but it as right form Al
Now we have treffy going it is over, we expect er today, then to back peddle as always and well maybe. You have the plaintiffs saying he won't refile, oh he will refile, that is just the same old same old as we have gone through for years, especially the last eight months.

It is brutal that the team attacks anyone who questions them, everyone should be able to question them at this point in the game.

1. I have never theatened you or said I would expose all as I can't it is all hidden from us.
2. I have never threatened Al with legal action if he doesn't come through, or if we don't get paid on a certain day, just not true, but I do support anyone who does any action to force the truth.

I have never had an agenda when it came to trying to make threats as we were suppose to be paid, only after another round of rumors turned out to be false and yes I have been very angry, especially when you have to make the phone call to your friends and family explaining that I guess the money didn't move like they said, and I guess what we heard was bs again. Tough phone calls, and after them I have been very angry, but certainly not when we were suppose to be paid, only after.
5. I call people the real shareholders who are stuck in this intel operation, I don't include in that group those in the operation even if they are real shareholders and on our side.
6. I assume that since you attacked me today we sure aren't getting good news today, as if we were you wouldn't have done it. So I will assume we get nothing today but the standard something went wrong and we are still stuck here, but don't question the team, they are your only hope and even though they have told us a thousand different stories they are not running an operation.
7. It is sad you have to lie about me and my motives when you know the truth. Yes sometimes I fly off the handle, but I am just a frustrated shareholder and bob you know that 100% for sure and trying to make it look any different is a complete fabrication on your part.
8. I hope I am wrong and this is over today, but given what you just did I am almost one hundred percent in the belief we are in for the long haul now and today will be a complete disappointment.
9. And it is sad the reporter who phoned Al to break this story on Monday hasn't got a call back
