IMO, timing plays are for companies that have no track record. ICOA has been around for a very long time and do not have a history of dilutions following R/S's.
Unless their business is shrinking and they are becoming irrelevant in their current market, I don't see what would cause them to go down from here. Keep in mind that we are trading at .0002.
Also, if they were in fact heading toward irrelevance, then why even bother with efforts to update reporting status. Just let this go into pinkie-land heaven.
It's not so much a question as the comments the CEO said to vulcan about no more dilution. The os is close to where it was when they did their rs in May so they must have diluted between then and now. If what the CEO said to vulcan is true that the dilution has stopped the next question is are they going to rs? The big dogs will wait until after the rs to put money into this as long as the upcoming PRs are positive and they become a fully reporting company.
