So Wayne King admits it is the same Gallo then. If he said everything on the web is a lie. My question to him would be then..... Is the SEC lying? Are all the Judges and officials involved in the investigations lying? I mean that would be a large number of people lying.

At this point my trust in not 100% with MOP. I hate to say it and that is all I will say for now.

I am not selling because before Gallo was mentioned I was pretty excited about the future. I still am but the addition of someone or according to the pr 5 people who visited MOP from HELP I am not too happy.

I would love to know who the 5 people were that visited MOP. Gallo being one but who are the other 4?

Maybe Gallo is getting the team together to run another game.

I sure hope Wayne did the right DD because it could effect us all.

Ah, I see that you guys have already found out about MOPN being "in bed" with a convicted felon - good job!

He told me that what i was reading online is not true

This is not true?

On July 13, 2004, the USAO filed an indictment charging Gallo with securities fraud, wire fraud, and mail fraud, and charging Gallo and Rafferty with conspiracy to commit securities fraud. On July 26, 2004, Gallo pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.

So... according to Wayne, the SEC and the US Attorney's Office have fabricated an indictment AND a guilty plea? Interesting.

Don't believe this either?

Lawrence Gallo and Douglas Raspberry committed or caused violations of Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act, and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, and caused violations of Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act, and Rules 12b-20 and 13a-1 thereunder, and in addition, whether Rasberry committed or caused violations of Sections 13(d), and 16(a) of the Exchange Act, and Rules 13d-1 and 16a-3(a) thereunder.

Don't tell me, it's the co-conspirators who are the bad guys, and not poor, poor Lawrence - is that correct, Wayne? Yup, that must be it. LOL!

Ok, how about the fact that he is trying to paper over his past and has given misleading information to the SEC about something as simple as a start of employment date, hmmm?

At least he sticks with a 12 year term.

[...] From January 1986 to March 1997, Mr. Gallo was employed by Lehman Brothers, Inc., initially serving as Senior Vice President of Institutional Investment Services, then as Director of Equity Finance in London, England.

Once again, 12 years, but exactly what friggin' year did he start working for Lehman? 1984? 1985?? 1986??? If a guy is going to give misleading information about something like this, what else will he mislead you on?

Oh, that's right, I'm not supposed to believe what I'm reading online... just what Wayne tells me I should believe. LOL!!!

Good luck!
