Boy... the Chief of Enforcement, Securities Division, Office of the Nevada Secretary of State sure has bad grammar???

More importantly, if this is a publicly traded company, this would bean SEC issue, as a reporting violation. Moreover, in a civil action, I the shares are not validly issued and such transactions can be unwound.
