Letter from Nevada SoS!! MUST READ
Mr. XXXXXXX,
This would be a deficient filing with the Commercial recording Division. However, as a mere filing entity, there is no other action to take. Yet, I reported the matter to them.
More importantly, if this is a publicly traded company, this would bean SEC issue, as a reporting violation. Moreover, in a civil action, I the shares are not validly issued and such transactions can be unwound.
With said, if this is a publicly traded company, you need to contact the SEC. We also advise you to contact a private attorney. I have reported the matter to our commercial recordings Division.

So it has caught attention. I will continue to pursue this.
