There is no better investment right now than for CCME to buy these shares at 8. You have the cash just sitting there. Do something?

But in fairness, my gut tells me something is in the pipe. I expect to see something by the end of this week.

I think the most prudent thing to do for CCME is to be ready for any type of issue that may arise through a short attack and respond swiftfully. Pre-empting anything will be fruitless against a short rumor later in this environment.
