I am piecing all of this together slowly and paying the price of an education. Mine has been less costly than some and I have made some pretty good trades. I like this stock and am quite prepared to be patient.
That sums it up. Sometimes the company will accommodate the mm just to keep everyone happy and keep order not create enemies. Bottom line the company had low volume for a long time and a x director with a boat load of shares he was selling relentlessly. Darn right the mm shorted this but won't do so again on any large level. They never imagined insiders on a penny stock would buy all those shares with their own money in a private transaction. Now they are stuck but won't lose. They will hold this back until the books are clean and I bet the company wonl't put out any big news until everything is clean the float locked up and stock ready to explode. Hence I figure January/February before this breaks out bigly. Not saying we won't see some price appreciation just saying nothing big until then. all a guesstimate
buy buy and wait for true valuation and make big$$$$$$
