Means that MMs have sold us shares they did not have to sell.

70% of shares were not existing. MMs are mandated to keep the money flow into a stock but they get gready, they sell us shares at a price of let say .25$ in hopes to buy them to cover they sell but obviously at a lower price for a profit.

IN OTC and Pinky land, it's sort of the far west (less in OTC) but it usually means the stock might not go up for a little while till the MMs can buy the shares they shorted, this could explain why we are still stuck at .25$ since mms short a the stock to prevent it from going higher.

The upside, but wont happen without big news is that it makes a run more explosive but MMs will always win 4 times out of 5.

So it means we need to be patient before this explodes.
