LLEG brought the people and organizations together to make this happen.

As far as bringing to the table?

We just netted X amount of dollars for the sale giving us capital to expand and pay for construction (Homeland Service Fee IMO).

We pay others to run operations leaving us free to work on other projects – while putting the net income in our pockets.

Through the lease / buyback we own an increasing share of the plant every month - on top of other projects.

NewCo / PJPD collects interest on the deal, Homeland collects a service fee, LLEG pockets the net income.

This is all basic management and makes perfect sense.
