I’d predict future projects to form much the same way as this one, with LLEG providing an increasing share of debt financing over subsequent projects until LLEG is able to completely self-fund.

Don't forget they have an application in for Federal Stimulus Money which LLEG will probably qualify for .Once permit received, agreement with electric utility confirmed and construction starts before NOV [or Dec}will qualify us.

2. Paying for Homeland to design and run it

What did we sell that was worth anything?

I do not think so. We sold 100% of the Berlin plant and own NO share in it now or in the future - JMO

With the money we will place it in one of the other projects.

Remember MASS placed a hold on new biomass development till the end of the year (DEC). Then they will rule if there is enough wood. just in time to get our money from Berlin :)
