I think thats nonsense, NY. First of all, why would you have an attorney pass jugement on a business plan, other than looking at legal issues? Secondly, I doubt that you got your attorney, or any attorney, to review anything over night. Third, why would Pino send this "business plan" to you? Are you a potential partner, money man, etc?
