L_A_BeachBoy.....I don't propose to speak for Snackman, but we have/or will have completed in the near future, 3 important steps.

1. Wave had to develop a product. After a couple of failed attempts, token meter, Embassy 2100, Wave set their sights on the TPM and helped develop it and get it installed.

2. Wave has done untold numbers of demostrations and exhibits at shows.

3. Wave is now demostrating the finished products at very selective meetings. Wave is the glue that makes the SEDs work and Wave can work with any manufacturer. This week is the NSA conference and Wave will be highlighted and also some of the first major users of Wave products will be telling their history of using Wave products.

So Wave has the product, advertising is being done, and Wave will have users telling their experiences with the product.

The company is generating cash flow for its operation. Wave is on the crest of being profitable. Everything is pointing to the share price being increased. Looking back this week will probably be called the tipping point.

Snackman is a forward looking investor, not backward. He probably senses this is the tipping point week. It may take several more quarters before everyone sees this as the tipping point week.
