Well, there was at least one very significant new element regarding SEDs that Steven revealed today. He mentioned that at the NSA conference they will talk and demo an SED with two partitions and individual encryption key for each partition. We do know from earlier DD, done by helpfulbacteria (3 or 4 years ago), that the SED architecture can support a larger number of individual partitions and their respective encryption keys.
