Good point.
First, let's get the split. That seems to be in some doubt today.
Second, is it across the board? Dividend would suggest that it's only shareholders' shares that get the 'dividend'/split. Yes?
I'm still back on 'are we really getting a split?' I think that is very controversial at this time on the day of. I welcome anything timely and honestly put to us. Let it come as spoken of by the board. But it would be a bit of a catastrophy if this is pulled for some reason? This would make the third 'pull' in a month. Real time, the buyback, and now the F/S. All courageous but somehow wearing on shareholders. Don't say anything at all if it's not going to happen, is my mantra at this point.

I agree, the PR was vague and using the word "dividend" implies a positive, whereas, a F/S of 2:1, I do not like and that would be a poor choice.

Perhaps Ben better pop off another UPDATE with more clarification as I assume OTHERS as well as I, took it as a straught-up F/S 2:1 and hence, the PPS dwindles.

If as a divvy, then we can post smack like what was going on and too the moon with a Penny!, I watched and obviously waited and I go with straight F/S 2:1.

Now, if he really meant a Divvy, then Ben did us all holders a favor and, well, we would not be at .0025, now would we.
