Well, Realtime was a Money Drain so they Saved Money By Pulling it.. The Buyback Obviously would have Cost Money , so thats a savings Pulling that Back..
And the Forward split will Only incure administrative costs, So I feel it will happen in some fashion..
Who else would get the split other than shareholders? Only common A and restricted shareholders get the split. There are no common B shares and the split does not apply to preferred shares.
There has been no word confirming the split was even approved. Last time I check the Nevada SOS site, the A/S had not changed. So, will it happen at all?
