Correct:

Turn in 1 at .002, get 2 at .001
Turn in 100 at 002, get 200 at .001
Turn in 10,000 at .002, get 20,000 at .001
Turn in 1,000,000 at .002, get 2,000,000 at .001

Twice the number of shares, same instrinsic value!

GO INIX!!

A minor point here. There is nothing that officially sets the new stock's value at 50% of the old stock's value.

Using logic, it's easy to make that assumption, but ultimately, the buyers of the stock post-split will set the new stock's value.

It all depends on what value post-split traders place on the stock.

My Point was that they (Ifinix) refered to this as a Dividend what I'm wondering is, will the FS JUST be applied to shares currently in the hands of Shareholders or is this Just an across the Board 2 for 1 Forward split of ALL Shares..

If they're applying it to ALL shares and Not just the ones held By shareholders I really dont see this as a Dividend, Just a Straight forward Split..
