I posted on 9/9 that one of the originators of the RICP scam, Jim Dial, would go on trial for securities fraud on Oct 25. The Wheels of Justice move very slowly. I got an e-mal from the FBI Securities Victims Unit that the trial has be re-scheduled to March 7, 2011 @ 10 AM.
