"As an owner and CFO, of a small corporation, I understand that things do not always go according to plan. But as a shareholder of ACDU, for over 18 months, I have been waiting patiently for more information from the company, in the form of PRs and or SEC filings. And I am sure that you would agree that there is room for improvement on the communication front. Past PRs have stated or implied, more than once, that things were nearly ready for the remaining financials to be completed. If things are not going according to schedule that is understandable, but it is much better to keep shareholders apprised of the situation, good or bad, than to let them become disenchanted with the company. Remember, these are the same investors that you will be looking for when the spin-off companies start selling shares for growth capitol.
As you can probably tell, I do frequent the stock board at Ihub. And, despite your insistence otherwise, most of the investors there are looking for a long term company that they can put their money into. Yes, a few are only there to flip the crap out of this and any other other stock they can get their hands on, but most of us like the thought of finding that one 'diamond in the rough'. And honestly we may trade some of our shares ourselves, but only because right now there isn't anything else to do except twiddle our thumbs.
I know that you can not tell me or any other shareholder your deepest & darkest secrets via e-mail, but more frequent updates would greatly be appreciated.
