I have been using Etrade for years now trading GTEL and other OTC. Flat rate all around. I am only paying $12 a trade but that is because i am a frequent trader. Something along the line of at least 1 trade a week. Etrade has never disappointed me. It fills your market orders quick and fills limit orders with efficiency.
