We have heard alot of "talk" about this Textraw merger, but other than talk, why has there been no proof as to who this company is or what kind of assets are being discussed. I don;t know about a lot of you but most mergers at least name both companies and give out the financials on both. Other than the hype that has been created by the Bermal group there has been zero facts about this other company.
