The problem is not if the merger can be or was completed or not.
But NWTT has to issue more shares to complete the merger to pay textraw sellers. My concern was how NWTT will pay this time when stock price is such low.
Everyone here is waiting for textraw merger to be completed, we already have seen bermal merger completion was negative because shares given to bermal seller was out from a/s to o/s share count, about 600M shares. If NWTT issues shares to complete textraw merger at this price, they probably have to issue well over 5B shares in minimum. If then NWTT has to do a/s increase to 10B or r/s.

We need 3rd merger candidate hype ASAP before textraw merger news hits.
