Bloomberg (http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/quote?ticker=xlpi&x=15&y=19) cites 125MM as their O/S. Always great, of course, when top management owns a lot. Unfortunately haven't found independent confirmation yet of Bill Smith's actual holdings. Wondering whether you've got a link? TIA!

P.S.: To unearth nuggets like this one, Mach, do you use search screens? Even if you plug in a slew of variables - such as, I guess, percentage of O/S owned by top management, debt-to-equity percentage, cash-on-hand-vs.-debt, biggest customers are x percentage of sales, patents owned (and, preferably, successfully defended), pps down x-percent from 52-week high, and so on - you still obviously have to use your judgment savvy in trying to gauge what future, if any, they may have..
