Thanks Cook, I know for fact news per Bill Smith, I really thought it would have come out yesterday. How powerful the news I am not sure? I think until more contracts announced the mm's will work it hard and the price may even dip more. Time will tell and if it goes to high there are others out there so therefor I will not chase it.
