Do you know the O/S count?

I understand that the A/S is at 805,000,000 - but what is the O/S at?

I am not as worried about the authorized shares as I am the outstanding shares - I am trying to determine the current market capitalization.

A/S will increase to 4B very soon. They usually clear funds for their scam stock every 4-5 months. sshs' a/s increased from 800M to 4B less than a year. AVTI is in 800M right now.
It seems even more intended for AVTI because Gelmon moved the symbol to Delaware Corp. where if you want to check any amendment for 24 hours, you have to pay $20. Not anyone can follow up the amendment every day paying $20 or any frequently.

If you're AVTI investors/traders, you should check DE corp website where Gelmon hided his stock share count, which requires $20 per a day to check. I guess, by now, it's well over 2B a/s, they will increase to 4B soon. For Gelmon's stock, you gotta keep checking share count, but anyway it doesn't help because he will increase anyway. oh well..
