AVTI is updated and an issuer in good standing in Delaware and par value is .01, below which (.0005 Friday) A\S cannot even be raised. Why not spend 20 bucks and offer some proof with your accusations? Call, Cory, call Johnny, they will confirm that we get the first monies from sales and a percentage of the profits. Johnny gets exposure and buzz and profits, all of which will come long before any awards will be offered in court for any of those non-AVTI related complaints or, I venture to say, the SEC even announces that they have an investigation of Cory Gelmon regarding AVTI. None of this relates to your alleged problems and the deal should proceed once the pieces are all in place. Johnny has never had this much product before and needs some breathing room to get it done right. Rushing at this point would lead to us all looking back and complaining that our ROI was not maximized.
I prefer to stick to what we know about AVTI and not confuse potential investors with unrelated suppositions.
