MN, unfortunately it may be impossible to date this thing, without directly getting in touch with someone at SNP.

Here are some things that suggest the info might be old:

The English version seems to have an old date in the url, but the Chinese version seems to be dated somewhere in March 2010 according to the number in the url.

Next, on the right side of the page, there is a panel which points to financial statements from 2008 not 2009 as you would expect if the information was this year's.

Finally, the copyright notice at the bottom of the page is to 2009.

However, all of these things may be just flukes.

What's making my stomach queasy however is that if this information was available to ERHC in March 2010, BEFORE the AGM; well I'm feeling a little queasy, let me leave it at that.

However, if the English version turns out to be brand new, which may be the case, because I haven't seen this info pop up before, I stumbled upon it as I was looking at SNP's cash on the balance sheet, then we really should be ecstatic.

Has anyone read this before? I would say it is new news confirming a "COMMERCIAL" find!

P.S the URL date is 2010 - but you must remember information within that page can be updated daily without the URL date changing.
