ranger, I read the post again.
from what I understood, Nokia's discovery attempts are now limited to those unsealed documents (or a subset of the unsealed documents upon the terms of a protective order agreed by all the parties). This might not be a win for Nokia either. As IDCC shareholder, I would like to see Nokia gets denial for use of any documents in UK court.
