Laranger--Yes, basically the Judge believed that the documents that Nokia obtained in the IDCC-Ericy litigation were sufficient. Neither Ericy nor IDCC opposed that. The Judge also said that the parties should try to agree to a Protective Order, which, basically means that the documents will not be released to the public but only used in the UK litigation where they will probably remain under seal, assuming that is possible under English patent law.
