If he wanted to eliminate most shareholders he could simply start buying back shares. That would be a very inexpensive alternative.

The thought entered my mind a while back. Mike, Bravakis, and Kuche have big jobs with Laidlaw Berlin BioPower. I'll be curious whether or not they'll keep their jobs once NewCo LLC completes the buyout deal, especially if NewCo owns 100% of Laidlaw Berlin BioPower. If NewCo does and Laidlaw BioPower LLC (Laidlaw Energy Group) is no longer part of the mix they'll be paid separate from LLEG. Even if LLEG is part of the mix I think their salarys will probably be paid by the entire project along with possible stock options. Over the last few years, I assume, Bartoszek, has been paid by dilution of LLEG stock. I sure would like to know what the deal structure is. There're too many ways for the shareholders to be left holding the bag. Right now I'm giving Mike the benefit of the doubt but that's not going to last forever.
