it'd be too expensive to buy that many shares off the market...vs. what might be a possibility to eliminate that segment of the project investors 37% + or -

He did say (paraphrased) and previously posted 'all same groups involved'....but I don't see the shareholders in the equation so he needs to back that. Same = 100% not 63%. He needs to explain what he has done here
