Of course the next question would be, how reliable is your source? If it comes right from Mike then I would get excited but other than that, it is just another rumor. Sure hope it is true though.

Of course you know LLEG never owned the actual real estate. The sold there interest in the Birlin project which would be the 37%. Still would like to hear it from Mike.

LLEG never owned the real estate. PJPD holdings has owned the land and the boiler for last year and a half. It was always a lease back agreement from the start. LLEG has sold for $$ it appears, under duress out of necessity. Why else would u sell so much potential?
