Hi John. The rumour coming my way is that we are still a 37.5 income participant having unloaded the real estate for a cash bonus and a leaseback.
This fits nicely with the MBB blog and is standard in the industry. It's just he didn't/couldn't finish the sentence.
Anyone else hearing the same thing?
If so, we are down to the permitting...a relative no brainer as we all know.
