I am not looking at it as an acquisition... I am stating it is odd we out of the many privates are one of two processing placenta. Celgene owns LifebankUSA that was the first to process placenta and now we do it for an unknown tissue bank. Celgene would have to grant that license. Are we processing tissue placenta blood for the Celgene study for a new tissue/drug application? Celgene is the patent holder for placenta process and storage.
