a R/S if it is 1 to 10 means you will get a brand new share for every 10 you own.

so if you own 1000 shares and it is a 1 to 10 R/S you end up with

100 shares from that 1000 you started with. Theory goes if there is a R/S then this will clear up the OS from 5billion shares to make this 500Million OS and raise the PPS because of interest.
