I believe, Sam is to Stubborn & Greedy to Resolve this through Mediation. I'm Sick & Sorry to Say, but I believe he will Xtend (hehe, get it) this through to the Trial Proceedings. With his 14 Yrs of Blood, Sweat & Tears, IMO, he will ALWAYS be able to make a CONCESSION With PL on the Agreement & I think the Courts will be on his Side. Which is OK with Me, just Get the Issues RESOLVED Already.

So Why Shouldn't he Take it the Distance, He's got nothing more to lose (and he may get a favorable decision, who knows) Obviously he does not care about the Expense of the Legal Fees.
