Great report. Thanks for sharing it with everyone. I too am wondering what the preferred shares are needed for. Acquisitions sounds like something that would be a long way off if at all. I would think we would be the one acquired by a larger company.

CryoPort Adjourns Annual Meeting of Shareholders until September 10

LAKE FOREST, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CryoPort, Inc. (OTCBB: CYRX) today announced that it adjourned its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders until September 10, 2010 to allow the Company additional time to solicit proxies from shareholders in an effort to obtain the required vote to approve the third proposal contained in the Company’s proxy statement, creation of a series of blank check preferred stock. The vacation period for many people during August and Labor Day holiday has resulted in an insufficient number of shareholders voting on that ballot initiative.

The meeting will be reconvened at the offices of Snell & Wilmer, L.L.P. located at 600 Anton Boulevard, Suite 1400, Costa Mesa, California, on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific ti

Thank you discipline for your efforts and comments on the meeting. A few frustrated comments from me and my take on our current situation.

Hiring a third party to obtain information that is already known seems to be in keeping with large companies, not a cash strapped start up. A better idea would be to hire a top flight marketing team (small) and give them an incentive to move the ball forward, because this is not presently an asset that is on board.

-“ A typical conversation with a potential new customer. We explain the advantages of Cry cold shipping.”

Potential Customer: “This is a great idea. A lot better than what we have“
Cry: “Let’s get started”
Potential Customer: “What we are currently doing works. We can’t take the risk right now. We are resistant to change.”

If that is their close, it is amazing they have any customers. That is an objection and that is when the sales pitch should begin. My experience taught me when I felt that I was being put off for whatever reason, my next step was to contact their superior and go from there. It did not always work, but it worked more times than not. In today's business climate, everyone is looking to save money and increase productivity. Enough with the excuses, make it happen.
