I believe it was 20 inch cased back to 7 5/8 inch with over 13,000 Lbs pressure. Luckily it was in deep water or the flow rate would have been more. The reservoir pressure still had to buck a mile of sea pressure ya know. Do the math. you can shoot a lot of oil at that pressure. The higest pressure I have seen around here was about 10,000 Lbs back in the 80's about 70 miles East of Caddo. Crock, there is oil under every square inch of ground that I walk on in this area. Finding it trapped in commercial quantites and exploiting it is the trick. BP was in a newly discovered field and Dragon is in depleted reservoirs. Your comparison is apples to bannanas.
