You guys as part of the TPG deal, they asked for 3 Board seats. I know Montoya resigned in March 2008. They forced long-term board members out and replaced them with their guys. Also Killinger (not clubby) was fired in Sept, he may have been one of the last ones standing in their way. Fishman was made CEO and given a ton of money for 2 weeks work... Examiner should figure this out as part of the triple track with the shareholder meeting..
