news is great, but share structure is very important. this one has both that are great IMO.
some stocks have good news but are frontloaded and/or the share structure BITES.

I think the big driver here is that this is a bio/pharma play and is tied to Plavix (the 2nd largest selling drug in the world). Traders like to see actual ties to other successful products/companies (such as Wal-Mart) versus fluff with a bunch of "maybes" and "connect the dot" type BS.....
