Brokentrade--I believe that there are two separate actions by Nokia against Sony-Ericy, one for the arbitration discovery subpoena and the other for discovery in the UK patent suit. The docket entries you posted appear to apply to the arbitration subpoena motion. How about the other action? Also, for some reason I have not been able to get the docket for that court on Pacer. If you have a chance, could you describe how you got it. TIA
