I think it's as simple as management taking advantage of a much-appreciated share price. It was not so long ago when VRUS shares traded around $10/share. I think VRUS management is wise to take advantage of the share appreciation and raise money at these levels.

Three months ago they had an oversubscribed offering at $29.00. The stock was trading over $33.00 leading up to the offering. Why didn't they raise more money then?
