VRUS $150,000,000 mixed shelf?????



The reasons behind this are open for speculation. I guess this is the third time in 6 months they are looking to raise money. As a bull I like to think it's a defensive move against a hostile takeover. They have $140,000,000 in cash on hand going into the offering so there are no immediate funding issues.

I think it's as simple as management taking advantage of a much-appreciated share price. It was not so long ago when VRUS shares traded around $10/share. I think VRUS management is wise to take advantage of the share appreciation and raise money at these levels.
