Joe - a quick email & reply resulted in:

"The date of shareholders of record is Oct 21st, if anyone hold HRCT shares on this date will get the dividends according to the amount of HRCT shares he owns. The date of actual distribution will depend on whether you would need to be issued actual share certificates (about 1 week process) or you just got the number of ETLK shares transferred to your portfolio (shares in street names), which will take about 2 days if you are in the US or 4 days for overseas customers. Of course, the transfer agent is handling the whole paperwork, and there may be a slight delay of a day or two.

The amount of ETLK shares people get will be the ratio of 5 Million divided by 80 Million shares outstanding. You do the math.
