Well StocktipR is NOT the same kind of site that you are referring to. If that were the case then stocks like Dell would not be on there site as they are not pennies and not paying people to pump there stock....
The site is more of a social media stock site:)

Not at all a payed company profile. take a sec to read about the stocktipr concept. Its tippers from all over the web posting their tips. Nobody get paid to put tips there.
No saying it means it will take off for sure, but its not one of those usual paid profile... thats all.
